Pineapple Halwa


Ingredients:

Pineapple - 1no

Ghee - 3-4tsp

Sugar - 1/2cup

Milk - 1 glass

Water - 1/2cup

Cardammom (powdered) - 2 nos

Cashewnets - as required

Preparation:

1)Chop the pineapple and grind them into paste and keep aside

2)Heat a kadai, add water and bring it to boil then add grinded pineapple paste saute and cook till pineapple absorbs water

3)Then add milk and boil...stir till it becomes thick

4)Add sugar and keep stirring in a medium heat 

4)Finally add ghee, cardamom powder  and cashewnets 

Sweet and hot halwa is ready.

Rekha, Ur Pineapple HALWA looks awesome and delicious. I have never tried making this halwa. But looking at the beautiful presentation I'm going to make some soon..also i just bought some pineapple couple days back. So better make something soon.
