Jam Milkshake







       First time i am tried this milkshake, long back i saw this recipe in the tv. It is very simple and tasty...surely kids will like it. My hubby gave this Beautiful Rose for V'day.


Ingredients:

Jam - 2tsp (mixed fruit jam)

Milk - 1cup

Sugar - as required

Vanilla icecream - 1tsp (optional)

                                               

Preparation:

Blend all the ingredients finely and keep it in fridge and serve chill.

Rose milk Pudding

    




                                  First time I am trying this pudding and i tried from my sweet friend Saras blog, it came out very well and my kid enjoyed it. 
Thank you Saras for this sharing this recipe.    
    
 Ingredients:


Agar Agar - 1cup

Milk - 1cup

Sugar - 1/2cup

Rose syurp - 1tsp (can use any syurp)

Water - 1/2cup

  



Preparation:

1)Soak agar agar in the water for 1 to 2 hours

2) Heat the agar agar and bring to thick.

3)Then add milk when it starts boiling slowly add sugar 

4)Stir till sugar dissloves and allow it to cool and pour it in the jelly mould

5)Keep it in the fridge for 10-15mins and enjoy it.

Fruit Custard




Ingredients:
Custard powder - 3tsp (i used pista flavour)
Milk - 1/2cup
Sugar - 5 to 6tsp or as required
Fruits - banana, apple, orange, pomogrenate(cut into small pieces)


Preparation:
1) In a bowl, add custard powder and milk, mix them without lumps

2)Heat a heavy bottomed vessel add custard mixture, cook in low flame and cook until it becomes thick

3)Cool the custard and add it to fruits and keep it in refrigerator for 1/2hr and serve chill.

Choco Banana Shake

        


Ingredients:

Banana - 1no (ripe)

Choco powder - 1tsp**

Sugar - as required

Milk - 1/2cup

Vanilla essence - 1/4tsp



Preparation:

Blend all the above ingredients into smooth paste and serve chill.


**Note: U can also add chocolate bars instead of coco powder.

Ingredients:

Avocado - 2nos

Peel the skin and remove the seeds. Blend all the above ingredients into fine paste.

Ingredients:

Papaya ripe - 1 cup chopped

Honey - 1tsp

Sugar - as required

Milk - 1cup

Vanilla essence - 1tsp optional

Blend all the above ingredients into the fine paste and serve with ice cupes.

Pomegrante Juice


Ingredients:

Pomegrante - 1no

Sugar - as required

Milk - 1/4 glass (optional)

Water - 1/2 glass   


Preparation:

1)Peel the pomegrante and grind them in the blender with water

2)Filter the juice, then add milk, and sugar

3)Mix well and serve

Carrot Smoothie

Ingredients:

Carrot - 1 no

Sugar - 3 tsp

Milk - 1/2 glass

Water - 1/2 cup

Preparation:

1)Cut the carrot into small piece and add 1/2 cup of water and cook them for 5-10mins

2)After it cools, blend the cooked carrot, sugar and milk  into smooth paste

Carrot smoothie is ready to serve.

Mango-Berry Smoothie


Ingredients:

Mangao - 1no

Stawberry - 5-6nos

Sugar - 4-5tsp(as required)

Condensed milk - 3tsp

Vanilla essence - 1tsp

Milk - 1/2cup

Preparation:

1)Peel off the mango skin and put all the above ingredients into the blender 

2)Blend them into fine paste and serve with ice cream

Milk/Pal Kova


Ingredients:

Milk - 1 litre

Sugar - 1 1/2 cups (as reqiured)

Cardamom powder - 1tsp

Ghee - 5-6tsp

Preparation:

1)Heat a heavy bottom vessel or pressure cooker, add milk bring to boil and cook till it reduce thick & half (stir inbetween)

2)Add ghee, cardamom powder and sugar, stir continuously...when it comes to very thick consistency, off the flame. Serve after it cool.

Pal kova is ready to serve.

Ingredients:

Apple - 2nos

Milk - 1/4glass

Water - 1/2glass

Sugar - as required

Ice cream - 2tsp

Preparation:

1)Cut the apple into small pieces and put them in blender or mixer 

2)Add milk, sugar and blend them finely and serve with icecream

Rice Kheer


Ingredients:

Milk - 5 cups

Basamathi rice - 1/4cup

Sugar - 3/4cup

Cashewnets -8-10nos

Preparation:

1)Boil milk in heavy bottomed pan  

2)Add basamathi rice, cashews and boil till it cooks and turns thick

3)Then add sugar and keep in a medium flame and stir inbetween

4)Cook till sugar dissolves well

Rice kheer is ready to hot or cold

Freezed Banana Milk Shake


Ingredients:

Boiled Milk/Pasteurised milk - 1 glass

Banana - 2 nos

Cashwnets - 4 to 5 nos

Sugar - 1/2 cup

Preparation:

1)Boil the milk, cool it and keep in the freezer for 1 hour

2)Take out the freezed milk, grind it  with banana, cashwnets and sugar

Freezed banana  milk shake is ready to serve

Mango milkshake with ice cream


Ingredients:

Mango - 1no medium

Milk - 1 cup

Sugar - 3tsp

Vanilla Ice cream - 3 tsp

Preparation:

1) Remove the skin of the mango and cut the mango into small piece

2) In a mixture jar add the mango, milk, 2 Tsp ice cream and sugar, grind them finely

3) Then transfer the juice to the glass and serve with 1 tsp ice cream
