Coconut Cake

   


Hi friends,
               Im back!!! hope everybody is doing well...Happy new to you all.




Ingredients:


Self raising Flour - 1 1/4 cup


Coconut milk - 1/2cup


Butter - 4tsp


Sugar - 1/2 cup


Vanilla essence - 1tsp


Egg - 1no


Salt - a pinch




Preparation:


1)Preheat the oven at 177' c


2)Combine the flour, salt and keep aside


3)In a bowl, add butter, egg, sugar and vanilla essence beat and mix well


4) Add the egg mixture to the flour and slowly add the coconut milk to the flour and mix with lumbs




5)Pour into baking tray and bake them for 30 mins

Eggless Banana Cake


     



Ingredients:


All purpose flour - 1cup


Banana - 1no ripe


Butter - 1/4 cup


Water/Milk - 1/4 cup


Sugar - 1/3 cup


Bk. pwd - 1tsp


Bk. Soda - 1/2 tsp


Banana / Vanilla essence - 1tsp


Salt - a pinch



Prepartion:


Preheat the oven at 175"c


Combine the flour,bk soda, bk powd,sugar and salt and keep aside


Combine milk,melted butter and banana essence, and add it to the flour and mixwell without lumbs


Grind the banana into fine paste and add it to the flour and mix it slowly


Pour them into 8 inch tray, bake for 35-40mins at 175'c


*Note: if the mixture is too thick u can add little water.

Chocolate Muffins









Ingredients:


All purpose flour - 3/4cup

Coco Powder - 1/4cup

Egg - 1no

Oil - 1/4cup

Milk - 1/4cup

Powdered sugar - 1/2cup

Baking powder - 1tsp

Baking Soda - 1/4tsp

Salt - a pinch

Preparation:


1)Preheat the oven at 200"c

2)Sift the flour, add sugar,b.pwd,b. soda,coco pwd and salt

3)Combine the oil, egg, milk and vanilla essence, and add it to the flour and mixwell without lumbs

4) Pour batter into greased muffin tray upto 2/3rd.

5)Bake for 10 -12mins at 200''c

Papaya Muffins


Ingredients:


All purpose flour - 1cup

Sugar - 1/4 cup

Papaya puree - 1/2cup

B. soda - 1/2cup

Choco chip - 1/4 cup(optional)

Vanilla essence - 1tsp

Egg - 1no

Butter - 2tsp

Salt - a pinch

Preparation:


1. Preheat the oven at 325'f/160'c

2. Shift the flour and add sugar,b soda,choco cips

3. Combine the butter, egg, vanilla essence, and papaya puree add it to the flour and mixwell without lumb

4. Pour batter into greased muffin tray upto 2/3rd.

5. Bake for 20-25 mins at 160'c

Vanilla Muffins



Ingredients:


All purpose flour - 1cup
Butter - 1/4cup
Egg - 1no
Milk - 1/4cup
Powdered sugar - 1/2cup
Baking powder - 1tsp
Salt - 1/2tsp
Choco chips/chocolate rice - for topping




Preparation:


1)Preheat the oven at 200"c
2)Sift the flour, add sugar,b.powder and salt
3)Combine the butter, egg, milk and vanilla essence, and add it to the flour and mixwell without lumbs
4) Pour batter into greased muffin tray upto 2/3rd. Put choco chips/rice on the top.
5)Bake for 10 -12mins at 200''c

Choco Chips Cake


Ingredients:

All purpose flour - 1cup

Powdered Sugar - 1/2cup

B.Powder - 1/2 tsp

Choco chips - 1/4cup

Pineapple/Vannila essence - 1tsp

Egg - 2nos

Butter - 1stick

Salt - a pinch

Preparation:

1)Preheat the oven at 350'F(175'C)

2)Sift the flour, baking soda,baking pwd,salt and keep aside

3)Combine the butter and sugar make it fluffy, then add eggs and essence. Then slowly add the flour ingredients to it and mix them well

4)Finally add the choco chips and pour the batter in 8*4inch loaf pan

5)Bake them for 30-4o mins

Serve after it cools.

Sugar Cookies


Ingredients:

All purpose flour/Plain flour - 1 1/2cup

Sugar - 1/2cup (powdered)

Butter - 1/2cup

B.powder - 1tsp

B.soda - 1/2tsp

Vanilla essence - 1 tsp

Milk - 5-6tsp

Preparation:

1)Preheat oven at 160'C

2)In a bowl, add butter,milk, vanilla essence mix well and then flour, b.pwd, b.soda, and sugar combine together

3)Grease cookies sheets, make small balls of dough and flatten with t.spoon and place 2 inches apart onto the cookies sheet

4)Bake them for 10-12mins at 160'c..till it turns golden brown colour.

Serve after it cools.

Chocolate Cake



Ingredients:
All purpose flour - 3/4cup
Coco Powder - 1/4 cup
Butter - 3tsp
Sugar - 1cup
Baking soda - 1tsp
Baking powder - 1tsp
Salt - a pinch
Boiled water - 1/2cup
Egg - 1no
Vanilla essence - 1tsp
For topping:
Chocolate - 1/2cup(choco chips)
Iceing sugar - 2-3tsp
Cream - 2 tsp
Butter - 1tsp
Vinalla essence - 1/2tsp

Preparation:

1)Preheat oven at 180'C

2) In a bowl, put APF, baking soda,baking pwd, salt and powdered sugar, mix them well

3)Then add butter, egg, boiled water and vanilla essence mix them slowly

4)Pour them into 8 inch tray, heat for 30 -35mins at 180'C

5)Insert a stick into the baked cake in order to check if the inner portion has been cooked else, bake for few more mins.
For Topping:

1)Melt the cholocate with butter, then off the flame and add cream, icing sugar, vanilla essence mix them well and spread over the cake

Vanilla cookies and Award!


Ingredients:

All purpose Flour - 1 3 /4 cup

Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp

Salt -1/2 tsp

Egg - 1 no.

Sugar powdered- 1 cup

Butter - 1/2 cup

Vanilla - 1 tsp

Preparation:

Beat the butter nicely and make it smooth

To it add vanilla,egg,salt, sugar and baking powder and beat well

Add flour to it and mix it into a smooth dough and keep it in fridge for 30mins.Please see to it that the dough is not sticky.

Then make any shapes and again keep it in fridge for 15mins

Pre heat the oven for 10 minutes at 150 C.

Bake the cookies for 15 minutes and the cookies is ready to serve.

Butter Cake and Merry Christmas!!


Ingredients:

Butter - 50g

All purpose flour - 1 cup

Milk - 1/2 cup

Baking powder - 1/2 tsp

Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup

Egg - 1 no

Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp

Preparation:

Beat the butter nicely and make it smooth (please have it in room temp before beating)

To it add egg, vanilla essence, sugar, baking powder, milk ( all items at room temp)

Add flour to it and mix it into a smooth batter

Pre heat the oven for 15minutes at 150 C.

Pour the batter in a tray and heat the tray for 30 minutes.

The cake is ready to be served.

Coconut Cookies And Gift


Ingredients:

All purpose Flour - 1 cup

Baking Powder - 1  pinch

Coconut Powder - 1/2 cup

Salt - to taste 

Sugar powdered- 1/4 cup

Butter - 25gms (beat well)

Honey - 1  tsp

Water/Milk - 3 tsp

Vanilla - 1 tsp


Preparation:

Beat the butter nicely and make it smooth

To it add vanilla,honey,salt, sugar, baking powder, coconut powder and water/milk

Add flour to it and mix it into a smooth dough.

Pre heat the oven for 10 minutes at 150 C.

Make round balls of the dough and flatten it on a butter paper and place it in the oven.

Heat the dough for 15 minutes and the cookies is ready to serve.
